By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions outlined by the business. We look forward to welcoming you into Pebbles Pod!
Booking fee required
All appointments require a £15 deposit fee. If a £15 deposit has not been received 48 hours before scheduled appointment time, booking will be cancelled.
If the appointment is cancelled in 48 hour window and reschedule is not complete, deposit is retained and not refunded. This is due to high booking demand and protection of the business.
Flea and Parasite Policy
Clients who are found with fleas, parasitic symptoms or heavily in season will result in cancelled appointment and deposit retained. We maintain a very high hygiene standard within the pod to provide clients with the best styling experience and therefore must conduct these checks. We will work with you to find best course of action and reschedule appointment.
Added Fees
If we discover heavy matting when carrying out our eight point health check, an additional £15 charge will be placed on top of initial styling quote as removing tight, matted coats damages our equipment that requires regular maintenance.
Without removing these matted areas, this poses a risk to further complicate the dogs health and we want our clients leaving the pod feeling comfortable after every session.
Client Health and Behaviour
It is the owners responsibility to inform the stylist prior to appointment of any medical conditions, injuries, or behavioural issues that we need to take into account.
We always strive to do the best for every client, however those who are highly anxious or aggressive may result in the appointment stopped and cancelled to avoid further welfare risk
Puppy Policy
Before their first session, puppies must be fully vaccinated.

Electric Supply
It is highly advised that a plug socket is available at the appointment for electric hook up. This is only required when bathing/drying the dogs as the lights/fans run off the vehicle itself.
Back up power is onboard if not available.
Social Media Content
Photos may be taken of the client for use on our social media channels. Clients may also see a highlight reel uploaded through our Instagram channel where you can observe the complete styling process. Please make use aware if you would not like photos/videos taken.
