Requirements
Deposit Required
To ensure your booking is secure and to avoid sudden cancellations, we require a 30% deposit from the service package chosen.
Cancellation Notice
Due to high demand of spots, if you are unable to attend your appointment, we require minimum 48 hours notice of cancelling our services. We will then work with you to find a suitable time for your next appointment.
If you suspect your dog may be pregnant or heavily in season, please let us know in advance as for the safety of the client we may need to rearrange appointment time.
Added Fees
If we discover heavy matting when carrying out our eight point health check, we will require £15 extra on top of the existing chosen package in order to safely remove these matts. Without removing these, this poses a risk to further complicate a dogs health.
If we discover fleas on a client, unfortunately we are unable to continue with the service package. We uptake a high hygiene standard in the van due to its enclosed environment and require all dogs to be clear of fleas. The booking deposit will be retained due to time contraints and inability to change over to another client in such a short space of time.
If we discover a severe issue on the dog, we are also unable to continue with the service package and will require treatment to be completed before rebooking. The booking deposit will be retained due to time contraints and inability to change over to another client in such a short space of time.

To book in to Pebbles Pod, please call, email or directly message through instagram with the package you are interested in. We will then take details and complete deposit, ready for a one to one appointment.
